Dr Carol Cosgrove-Sacks advises OASIS on international standards policy, especially regarding the EU and the international standards organizations in Geneva. She is an economist by training, and was formerly Director of Trade & Regulatory Affairs in the United Nations (UNECE), 1994-2005.
