Dr. Curtin has been a pioneer in the field of e-government/Gov 2.0. He has experience covering the entire field working as a government practitioner, public sector consultant, founder of an e-government/Gov 2.0 development firm, and conducting groundbreaking research in the field. He is a principal with Civic Resource Group, a Senior Fellow in E-Governance at the University of Southern California, and serves as a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on the Future of Government.
