Deputy Chief Engineer, Deputy Executive Governor of Science and Technology Committee, CNIS

Factory automation background; once worked in an enterprise of Railway Ministry of China as an automation technology engineer for about 10 years in 1980s. He was employed by CSICCI which is one of the predecessors of CNIS from 1989, started working in the area of CAD/CAM standardization simultaneously, and then involved in ISO/TC184/SC4 standardization as a formal representative of China in 1990s. He also involved in the standardization strategy project of the MOST in tenth Five-Year-Plan of China.
