		<description>Yes. Short term: conservation. Mid term: productivity. Long term: innovation. And price of carbon emissions is key. Make them expensive and emissions will be reduced in the short term. It is less obvious that they will be reduced in the very long run if close to all fossile fuels will eventually be used anyway. Another question: why not substitution? It is all about more effective production. I&#039;d like to see innovations that facilitates virtual consumption.</description>
